Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to customers of NW Resources Ltd who participate in the Share Your Secret Promotion.

1. Eligibility This Promotion is open only to customers of NW Resources Ltd, valid until 31st December 2010.

2. Persons who may be recommended You must only refer individuals or companies from the UK that you know personally and who have not purchased from NW Resources Ltd within the last 12 months. You may only recommend a person/company once, and only using the form or web link on-line.

3. The details of nominees and those nominating will be entered onto a database which may, from time to time, be used to inform them of similar products and services provided by NW Resources Ltd. Please write to us at NW Resources Ltd, PO Box 2283, Wrexham, LL11 0EP if you specifically do not want to receive this information.

4. Recommendation If someone you have recommended purchases a minimum of 10 pallets of bagged or baled sawdust, or 6 - 27 tons of bulk sawdust using the form/web link that you completed on their behalf, NW Resources Ltd will forward to you a £30 M&S or Next voucher. This will be forwarded to you within 60 days of the NW Resources Ltd order being paid for in full. NW Resources Ltd may in its absolute discretion, substitute cash value for the M&S/Next voucher or offer an alternative of equal or greater value.

5.You will not receive a voucher if the person/company you have recommended buys products from NW Resources Ltd other than through the form/web link you sent to them.

6. NW Resources Ltd reserves the right to withdraw the Share Your Secret Promotion at any time.
